Josa, is a highly experienced executive who has worked in the US, Papua New Guinea and Australia for a wide range of companies and has a detailed knowledge of offshoring and international placements. She has a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counselling, Master of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Major in Industrial Psychology. Josa is multi-lingual and can speak English, Tok Pisin, Japanese and Korean.

Richard Hancock, Director MJL

Richard Hancock, is a highly experienced Business Consultant and Project Manager with 10+ years of working with a wide range of Australian and international companies, public sector organisations and not for profit organisations. During this time, he has developed a strong network and experience in offshoring and international placements and has worked on consulting engagements and projects with PwC, 451 Consulting and Litmus Group (a division of PPB Advisory). Prior to this time, Richard was the CEO of large and complex public sector organisations at local and national level.

MK, is an IT Consultant with 20+ years’ experience in developing and implementing software systems and IT infrastructure. MK has IT businesses in Japan and India that provide offshoring services to clients in Australia and US.
